The temperature difference compensation effect of BCP-based OLEDs by variable temperature transient electroluminescence

Abstract: The variable temperature transient electroluminescence characteristics in BCP-based organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) are studied in this paper. The temperature difference compensation effect (TDCE) is found in the BCP-based OLEDs with different structures by transient electroluminescence response.
