The digitization of thought theory is not yet sufficient to meet the needs of the students. It is very necessary to strengthen the construction of ideological and political (IP) courses, strengthen the education of mainstream ideology, and occupy the initiative of discourse. There are effective ways and means to study the deep integration of information technologies into the new age of philosophy and philosophy education of students, which can greatly improve the quality of teaching and the effectiveness of humanities courses. The intuitive development of intellectual and political education through artificial intelligence is both a real prerequisite for modern development and technological innovation and for new ideas confronting the specific problems of thought-politics education, and it is a necessary prerequisite to ensure the quality and efficiency to improve the teaching of thought politics. AI in ways that embed technology provides a powerful impetus for contradictory movements in thought-politics discourse that lead the effective coordination of its internal elements to high-quality developments. In a practical way, we should take full advantage of the technical advantages of artificial intelligence, through intelligent mehrfachanalyse corresponding algorithms, artificial intelligenzbilder, and artificial roboterbilder photos and profiles that are used to write and accurately provide more precise, leading, stacking, and accurate estimates to maximize and to improve the accuracy of thought and policy education. Philosophy and political theory are the keys to guiding people to accomplish basic human tasks. With the passage of time and with continuous innovation, ideology and philosophical principles are both prerequisites for the self-development of the emotions of the age and necessary for improving the outcomes and effectiveness of scientific education. Advances in the field of artificial intelligence have fundamentally changed human life and have also impacted traditional school and university education systems. This brings new opportunities and challenges to students. This includes the use of smart technology to improve the learning process. Ideological teachers and policymakers must keep up with the all-round trend of the times, make full use of the benefits brought by intelligent new technologies and platforms, effectively improve the effect of ideological education, and further increase the attractiveness, attraction, persuasion, and contagion of ideological education.

With the deepening of cultural integration, people’s demand for English learning is also increasing rapidly. However, traditional teaching methods have certain limitations, and teaching conditions are limited by the slow development of information technology, oral English courses have been shelved and stopped for a long time. With the rapid development of technology, the era of artificial intelligence has arrived. Learning assistance systems based on artificial intelligence have emerged in an endless stream, which has also innovatively solved the problem of oral language learning. Natural language processing is a computing mode of deep learning by artificial intelligence, which can carry out deep learning and training according to the current goal and finally get the desired result. But relying only on the auxiliary learning system cannot fundamentally solve the problem of oral language learning. Therefore, we aim to update the current spoken English learning methods using natural language processing technology, and propose a natural language processing-based oral English teaching model. In this mode, natural language processing can match different teaching methods according to the spoken language characteristics of different students, and give constructive suggestions. Moreover, the spoken English teaching mode based on natural language processing can be continuously upgraded and adjusted to adapt to the changing and developing era in time. Experiments show that the oral English teaching mode based on natural language processing can improve students’ comprehensive ability of oral English. And it increased its comprehension by 19.7% year-on-year, and at the same time it also improved the enthusiasm for learning oral language by 33.3%.

At present, the competence of Ideological and Political Teachers in colleges and universities does not pay attention to ideology, the training mechanism is not sound, the teaching method is unscientific, and the teaching effectiveness is not strong and other problems. Based on the iceberg model of competency, this paper analyzes the materials of 496 “Influential Pacesetters” and “Influential Figures”, and extracts the relevant information to establish a model of excellence in the competency of college Ideological and Political Teachers. To accurately evaluate the excellence of college Ideological and Political Teachers’ competence, the IFAHP method was used to solve the weights of the assessment indicators, and a model for evaluating the excellence of competence was constructed by the binary semantic method. Taking University Z as an example, the evaluation questionnaire was prepared, and the relevant data of the competence excellence quality assessment indexes were obtained to make a comprehensive evaluation of the excellence quality of Ideological and Political Teachers’ competence. The results show that the excellent quality of college Ideological and Political Teachers’ competence will be affected by political belief and teaching innovation, whose weight values are 0.1439 and 0.1396, respectively. The comprehensive evaluation carried out on the example of Politics Course A teachers of University Z obtains their binary semantic evaluation information (s 4, −0.136) and the evaluation grade is excellent. Competence excellence quality enhancement of college Ideological and Political Teachers under the background of information technology need to optimize their knowledge of political theory and strengthen their Ideological and Political Teachers skills to effectively enhance students’ interest in learning political theory.
