The Synthesis of Novel Aminoacid Based Amides and Evaluation of Anticancer Effects on Hela Cervical Cancer Cells

Abstract: In this study, lysine, phenylalanine, histidine, valine and proline amino acids were reacted with pnitrobenzoyl chloride to give amide derivative compounds. The structure of these compounds was elucidated by FT-IR. The cytotoxic, apoptotic and angiogenic effects of these synthesized compounds were studied in vitro on the HeLa cervical cancer cell line.
