The synthesis and transformation of 4-phosphorylated derivatives of 1,3-azoles

Abstract: В огляді систематизовані літературні дані щодо методів синтезу 4-фосфорильованих 1,3-азолів (оксазолів, тіазолів, селеназолів, імідазолів), а також їх хімічних та біологічних властивостей. Для синтезу 4-фосфорильованих похідних імідазолу використовують, як правило, метальовані похідні імідазолу та галогеніди фосфору, електронозбагачені імідазоли та галогеніди фосфору у піридині у присутності триетиламіну, або реакції крос-сполучення галогеноімідазолів та діалкілфосфітів у присутності паладієвого каталізатора. … Show more
