Abstract:The purpose of this article is to examine the reception in Sweden of Jaan Kaplinski, one of the most internationally known Estonian writers and to trace the relations that emerge from the perspective of world literature. Is the most significant aspect of the translation and reception of Kaplinski’s work circulation through centres of world literature, similarly to the conception of Pascale Casanova?
