The Summary of Research on Combining Ability

Abstract

The Combining Ability refers to the use of inbred lines, hybrids, or offspring traits relative size of the measure, the decision of the inbred lines of the pros and cons of a standard. Combining ability plays an important role in guiding the actual production, and how to take advantage of the technology of combining ability screened dominant species is currently a hot research. But with the force of research is mainly based on the study of phenotype analysis, less deep into the cellular and molecular levels. With the development of biotechnology, the content and direction of combining ability in actual production are demanded for diversified.
