The Subjectivity in the Work World Under the Perspective of the Nursing Worker With Possibility of Retirement

Abstract: Objectives: I) to describe the advantages and difficulties perceived by nursing professionals to remain in the workplace; and II) to discuss the psychosocial consequences for these professionals due to the choice of remaining in the workplace.
