Teff rust typically occurs after heading stage, yet causes relatively little grain yield losses as compared to other constraints (Dawit and Andnew 2005). Resistance to aphids (Rhopalosiphum padi) is also available (Zafar et al 2020), yet further evaluations are required to determine the status of genetic resistance alleles in teff germplasm collections.…”
