Abstract:In this paper we have studied the mode coupling effect from analysis of the measured microwave S-parameters of superconducting films using a parallel-plate-resonator technique. Because of its high resolution and simplicity, this technique has been widely used to identify the microwave surface resistance. To minimize the radiation loss, the parallel plate resonator is usually housed in a conductive cavity. We used HFSS to simulate the model. In this paper we mostly compared the resonance of empty cavity and the… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
