Цель исследования. Выявление частоты измерения АД у пациентов с артериальной гипертензией врачами-стоматологами на амбулаторном стоматологическом приеме.
Объекты и методы исследования. Были обследованы 642 пациента в возрасте от 18 до 74 лет (398 женщин, 244 мужчины) с целью выявления артериальной гипертензии, а также проанализированы результаты социологического исследования (2000–2020 гг.), представляющие мнения 5.500 врачей-стоматологов об определении частоты измерения АД пациентам перед стоматологическим вмешательством.
Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. По результатам исследования было определено, что частота встречаемости АГ у пациентов на амбулаторном стоматологическом приеме составляет 54%, при этом мотивация пациента к консультации специалиста-кардиолога – 84%, за исследуемый период (2000–2020 гг.) частота измерений АД у пациентов врачами-стоматологами перед лечением возросла на 30%.
Заключение. Определено, что врач-стоматолог может первично диагностировать АГ пациента, сформировать его мотивацию на дальнейшее обследование у терапевта и (или) кардиолога и, как следствие, играть важную роль в повышении качества и продолжительности жизни населения.
