The Studies on Gallium Nitride-Based Materials: A Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract: Gallium nitride (GaN) has a wide energy band gap and a high power density, efficiency, switching frequency, and electron carrier mobility, having broad applications in digitization. Because GaN has high potentials, this study performed a bibliometric analysis on the publications of GaN indexed in the Web of Science database from 1970 to 2023. A performance analysis of the 15,634 publications was performed using Harzing’s Publish or Perish tool, while science mappings were performed with VOSviewer software. The… Show more

“…The sixth most cited paper by Smith et al [ 77 ] studied the comparison among connectivity estimation approaches by using simulated FMRI data. The seventh most cited paper by Baccala and Sameshima [ 95 ] presented a new frequency-domain approach based on the concept of Granger causality to describe the relationships between multivariate time series based on the decomposition of multivariate partial coherences determined from multivariate autoregressive models. The next most cited paper by Nolte et al [ 96 ] presented an approach that is insensitive to false connectivity arising from volume conduction for interpreting EEG data in terms of brain connectivity.…”

“…The value of g -index is explained as the g number of publications with at least g 2 citations. Thus, the h -index measures the influence while g -index measures the impact [ 94 , 95 , 96 , 97 ].…”
