The Structural and Electrical Studies on Cu-Co Ferrites

Abstract: The system Cobalt substituted copperferritesampleswere synthesized by a conventional double sintering ceramic method.A series of doped Copper ferrites withcomposithion Cu1-xCoxFe2O4 (x = 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6 ) are synthesized. The X-raydiffraction pattern at room temperature show that the sample exists in single phase with a spinel structure.Copper-Cobalt ferrites seriesaretakenand their electrical conductivityproperty are studied with a variation of composition and temperature. Log (σT) vs 103/T is almost linear… Show more

“…The ferrites produced exhibited conventional ferromagnetic properties. Venkateshwarlu et al [42] employed a two-fold sintering ceramic process to create copper ferrites doped with the Cu 1−x Co x Fe 2 O 4 compositions (x = 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6). They looked at its electrical conductivity characteristics at different temperatures and compositions.…”
