The conditions of global change inevitably require further improvement of the mechanisms of social interaction and their regulation. Conscious unconventional management is part of a complex of factors and characteristics of subjectivity and sovereignty. The comprehensive realization of organizational-managerial reinforcement of creativity involves, first of all, the development of the environment for creativity (in particular, intellectual creativity), points of its concentration (for example, in the cluster form of scientific, educational and production associations), a picture of specialties, systems of continuous training (incl. retraining and selfeducation) creative activity. When faced with the "historical challenges of the era," everyone either finds their own version of the answer to them (incl. entering the "coordinate system" of a more powerful subject), or tries to ignore changes [1][2][3][4][5]. It is obvious that the compliance of regulatory forms with socio-economic content is especially important when fixing the "cornerstone" of the society system: labour, property and interests. Meanwhile, any system of institutions during postglobalism cannot be considered as universal and the only possible one for humanity: everyone is unique in their own way, no one is exceptional. At the same time, the possibility of carefully borrowing some of the transformation models that are being developed by other peoples is increasing. The polystructure of world economic relations, based on mutually acceptable standards of relations, and not at all a block of identical atoms-elements, determine reality. Thus, from now on, organizational and managerial culture is based on diversification and diversity of the culture of activity, non-repressiveness, tolerance, polylogism, overcoming imposed canons, rejection of attempts at cultural regulation, "celebration of resistance to the system" [6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16].
