Abstract:The effect of four routine methods of preservation of bacteria (in Dorset medium, under mineral oil, freeze-drying, cryoconservation in liquid nitrogen) on the biochemical characteristics of 11 E. coli strains from the collection of NBIMCC, was followed up.
