Abstract: Parkinson's disease (PD) patients harbour seeding competent α-syn in their cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), which is mainly produced by the choroid plexus (ChP). Nonetheless, little is known about the role of the CSF and the ChP in PD pathogenesis.
