The Spermicide Effect from Methanol Extract of Kalangkala Seed (Litsea angulata) to Spermatozoa Mice (Mus musculus)

Abstract: AbstrakKeikutsertaan pria dalam program KB perlu ditingkatkan dengan menyediakan spermisida alami yang bersumber dari bahan alam yang lebih aman. Salah satunya adalah biji buah dari kalangkala yang merupakan tumbuhan endemik Kalimantan Selatan. Efek spermisida dari ekstrak metanol biji buah kalangkala terhadap spermatozoa mencit dikaji dalam penelitian ini secara in vitro.
