The article examines the changes that characterize modern science and scientific research, which have been embodied in the phenomenon of technoscience. Technological science is distinguished from traditional science by a new form of cognitive organization, integrating fundamental and applied research, natural science and human knowledge. It is both a theoretical activity for the production of ideas and social practice. It is substantiated that technoscience, which is both a theoretical construct and a social practice, embodies the project of noospheric knowledge, about which the outstanding Russian scientist V.I. Vernadsky wrote. His teaching expressed the idea of a new science, and by characterizing it, he stressed that science can’t be considered only as a collection of facts and limited to its instrumental functions, he understood it as the most powerful and important spiritual movement, contributing to the formation of the noosphere - the sphere of reason. Scientific knowledge, which is formed in the consequence of integrative tendencies in modern science, manifested in the systemic and holistic scientific worldview, in transdisciplinary studies, in the convergence of natural science and humanities knowledge, is designated as technoscience. It is shown that the noospheric science of V.I. Vernadsky, based on the wise mind, which he foresaw as the coming stage of the natural historical process, can be compared with the phenomenon of technoscience.

The article deals with the problem of interrelation of existing ideological paradigms with the enforcement of environmental standards in industrially developed coal regions. It is emphasized that the tasks of ideology as a reflection of industrial, technological, social and other processes include setting goals, defining standards and rules for the functioning of social institutions, it gives meaning to the actions of individuals, forms the daily consciousness of people, generates large-scale political movements. As a product of the development of society, ideology prescribes a model of development and appropriate design of all social institutions, strengthening control over social practices, including the sphere of management of industrialized regions. Attention is focused on the need for changes in the axiological structure of public consciousness based. Much attention is also paid to the significance of globalization, the development of biotechnologies, and the principles of bioethics, which are considered today as moral and ethical standards for modern scientific and technological progress. The innovative ideology of socio-economic development of modern society should be transformed and focused on the principle of environmentalism, reducing the use of non-renewable resources, diversification, and limiting the use of dangerous technologies. At the same time, special importance should be given to the priority position of the environmental imperative in the legal and normative regulation of industrial production and military technologies. And it is precisely the spread of ideological consciousness as a condition for political choice that, in this situation, becomes a necessary component for the exercise of power and the formation of a new practice of social management in industrialized regions.

On the organization of excavation and transportation equipment in the coal-bearing zones at open pit mines

One of the essential issues of the benches’ development procedure is the choice of the method of seam development in the complex structure: joint development of rock and coal seams in one complex face or their separate excavation in blocks of 50-100 m in length. The decision of this question is connected with the mode of mining works, represented by the schedule of stripping and winning works. The choice of one or another method is connected with operative-dispatching control of haul trucks delivery. When rock and coal are mined together in a complex face, overburden haul trucks should be supplied for loading rock and coal haul trucks for coal in turns. It is organizationally difficult to supply haul trucks of different purposes during the shift. It is necessary to proceed from the shift (daily) planning of haul trucks supply for specific faces. In addition, it is necessary to take into account that rock and coal faces are often located on opposite sides of the quarry pit. This article studies the issue of organizing the operation of excavation and loading equipment during the mining of the coal-bearing zone of the open pit in order to reduce the loss of output of haul trucks.
