The Solar Daily Variation of Cosmic Ray Meson Intensity at l = 52 °S. and l = 73 °S.

Abstract: SummarySome preliminary results are given of an investigation of solar daily variations recorded by vertically directed meson telescopes at Hobart, Tasmania (geomagnetic latitude A=52 oS.) and at Mawson, Antarctica (A=73 oS.). Long-term trends in phase of the variation are found to be similar to those reported by observers in the northern hemisphere.
