“…The goal of Study 2 was to examine and compare the anger experience of participants with HSA and those with LSA. Although previous research has shown that individuals with HSA experience elevated anger compared to individuals with LSA (e.g., Erwin et al, 2003;Kashdan & Collins, 2010;Linett et al, 2019), there is little research examining the context of their everyday anger experience. Therefore, the aim of Study 2 was to examine differences in the frequency and intensity of anger between participants with HSA and those with LSA across rejection and nonrejection contexts.…”

“…This research used three measurements for the three main variables: social suspiciousness, fast and slow thinking and trust in three types of recommender systems. Social suspiciousness was measured with The Social Suspiciousness Scale (SSS) (Linett et al, 2019) representing a 22-item self-report questionnaire, using a Likert scale from 1 to 5 to rate each statement. Fast and slow thinking was measured with 10 items Fast and Slow Thinking Questionnaire (Hardy et al, 2020), the thinking styles being conceptualized with dual processing models of reasoning, using an identical rating scale with the other two measurements.…”
