The social paediatrics initiative: a RICHER model of primary health care for at risk children and their families

Abstract: BackgroundThe Responsive Interdisciplinary Child-Community Health Education and Research (RICHER) initiative is an intersectoral and interdisciplinary community outreach primary health care (PHC) model.
