The size, number and bilaterality of endometriomas do not affect spontaneous conception chance following surgical removal

Abstract: Objective: Endometrioma surgery is associated with a reduction in ovarian reserve. However, removal of an endometrioma may increase the likelihood of a spontaneous conception.
