Since their introduction in the early 2000s, the use of social networking websites has exploded. Many businesses are seeing increased revenue due to their social commerce strategy. Despite the popularity of social commerce websites, some consumers are still hesitate to use them. This study aims to evaluate the factors that influence the adoption of social commerce. A sample of 721 Chinese We Chat users took part in the research. The findings reveal that social capital mediates the positive effect of social commerce adoption and perceived ease of use (PERU) on techno-stress and online impulse purchasing. Likewise, information overloading mediates the positive effect of social commerce adoption and PERU on techno-stress and online impulse purchasing. The findings have implications for both practice and research in understanding social commerce adoption in emerging economies.

In this article, we provide a detection method based on a convolutional neural network algorithm. Preamble detection is very important in underwater acoustic communication. Only the preamble signal can trigger the receiving operation to effectively process the acoustic data received underwater. The prerequisite for specifying the joint position of the distributed acoustic multiarray is the mutual calibration calculation of each array. This paper designs and develops a prototype system for microphone array sound source positioning and provides an optimized system to obtain calibration source mapping points for distributed sound transmission mutual calibration, and for mutual distributed acoustic microphone arrays, use epipolar geometry and normalization algorithm for calibration to provide a basis for a mutual calibration calculation model and functional module design. Finally, perform numerical simulation verification. It provides a design plan and implementation method for the Internet-based smart city education system, aiming to achieve professional education and educational needs related to the Internet of Things. First, we will take Internet application technology as an example to analyze the functional requirements of the education system, including the positioning of human resource development, integrated sensors, C/C#/Java application development technology, and other technical means to realize the smart city education system. Based on the theory of business management, this paper studies the business planning issues of smart city construction. The main content is divided into three parts: business composition and management and planning management. This is an important part of business. It plays a decisive role in the overall planning and implementation stage and protects the implementation progress of the project and ensures the quality of the project by including important content.

In the new era, the vitality of urban space is an important engine of urban development, and the improvement of urban space vitality is the core component of urban spatial structure optimization and space renewal. However, the availability of data is an important issue in the evaluation of urban space vitality, and continuous vitality monitoring of the entire city is difficult to achieve through traditional methods of field research and questionnaire interviews. Due to this challenge, the traditional vitality assessment methods have serious limitations in the analysis of vitality causes and the guidance of urban space development. Using mobile phone signaling data, this study takes Changsha City as an example to measure the urban spatial vitality and uses the SEM model to analyze how market intervention, traffic accessibility, and spatial characteristics affect the density and stability of urban spatial populations. The results show that the overall urban space vitality density and vitality stability demonstrates an obvious “center–periphery” pattern, and the vitality of the urban center area is in a “high density–low stability” state. The overall urban vitality density on rest days is slightly lower than that on weekdays, and the stability of vitality on rest days is significantly higher than that on weekdays. Market intervention and transportation accessibility support vitality density, but not vitality stability, and spatial characteristics are the opposite. The findings can provide insights relevant to urban spatial planning and design.
