Abstract:Gout is the most common type of inflammatory arthritis, and its impact on cardiovascular health and quality of life is often underestimated. The prevalence and incidence of gout are increasing globally. Further, ischemic heart disease (IHD) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) are prevalent in gout patients.
