Abstract: Congenital high airway obstruction syndrome in neonates is a rare, life-threatening condition characterized by upper airway obstruction. Typically diagnosed prenatally through advanced imaging, CHAOS results from anomalies such as laryngeal atresia or web or tracheal stenosis. Neonates with CHAOS face respiratory distress at birth, necessitating prompt intervention.
