The series formulas of dielectronic recombination rate coefficients for the Ne-like isoelectronic sequence

Abstract: By fitting the directly computed dielectronic recombination rate coefficients on the basis of the relativistic intermediate-coupling MCDF model by M. H. Chen, we present a set of series formulas of dielectronic recombination rate coefficients for Ne-like ions from Ar8+ to Xe44+ with the electron temperature range from 0.2keV to 6.0keV. The reproduced dielectronic recombination rate coefficients are in close agreement with the orginal results of Chen. The errors are generally less than 5%. Our formulas may be u… Show more
