This automatic motorbike uses an automatic transmission system called CVT (Contynously Variable Transmission). CVT is a system that automatically changes speed according to engine speed. This machine does not use transmission gears, but instead uses two pulleys (front and rear) which are connected by a belt (v-belt. The advantege of a CVt automatic transmission is that it can provide speed changes in torque from the engine to the rear whells automatically. This research aims to determine the effect of roller weight on the power and engine torque of a 110 cc two wheeled vehicle. The background of this research is to determine the power and torque of motorbikes for each roller weight studied and to draw conclusions about better use of rollers weight. This research uses experimental research methods, the materials used are standard 12gr,11gr,10gr,9gr,8gr rollers, as a comparison and 110cc injection beat motorbikes. The toll used in this research is a dynamometer. This tool shows directly the maximum power results at a certain rpm. Changes in the weight of the Honda Beat 110cc CVT roller affect the power produced by the engine. Changes in roller weight can affect the size of the engine’s power and torque. This in proven by data showing changes in engine power and torque during each test. Therefore, it is hoped that the result of this test can be used as a reference for improving engine peformance in vehicles.

This study aims to increase the economic value of silica sand originating from mud volcano of the Lapindo well burst which until now is known as a natural disaster and caused a lot of material loss by the people of Porong Sidoarjo. In addition, the replacement of the percentage of cement composition against the compressive strength of the Glass Fiber Reinforce Cement (GRC) formed will be known as the compressive strength characteristics of the concrete from the GRC made. This research was conducted using an experimental method. A mixture of cement with fiber glass and added silica sand with various compositions was used to print the research samples. The composition of cement to silica sand used has the highest ratio of 50: 50. While the lowest value of the ratio of cement and silica sand is 80:20. Next, each mixture of silica sand and cement is mixed with fiber with a fiber composition of 25% of the elements of cement and silica sand. The board molds are formed with a size of 200mm X 150 mm with a thickness of 10mm and dried in free air until the moisture content in the mold board is reduced evenly, the moisture content of each board is measured to have a uniform value to maintain the validity of the results of the compressive strength test of GRC. Test the compressive strength of GRC using a hammer test tool, and calibration is carried out for each sample. The result of study was the greater the silica sand content in the boards that have been made, the value of the compressive strength of the concrete decreases. The best value of the compressive strength of concrete is found on the cement board which is added with silica sand as much as 120 mg. while the value of the lowest concrete compressive strength is a cement board containing a mixture of silica sand of 480 mg.

This study aims to create a fire protection design in the kitchen with technology that is easily applied along with inexpensive extinguishing media using silica gel from rice husk ash. By using an experimental method, the active design of fire protection in the kitchen area uses compartmentalization equipped with a gas stove, kitchen equipment, as well as specially designed fire equipment components. The composition of the air in the compartment is calculated based on the volume of the compartment so that it can represent the coverage of oxygen and fuel in accordance with the conditions of free air, while the silica used as an extinguishing media from the extraction of rice husk ash using KOH 0,5M solvent. From the results of this study, the design of fire protection for silica gel-based kitchens made from rice husk ash is effectively used and easy to install in the kitchen area.
