The Scope of Phonological Encoding Plans for Stutterers

Abstract:The picture-word interference paradigm was used to examine the scope of phonological encoding plans of stutterers using two indicators: naming latency and error rate. The experiment requires participants to generate sentences containing three image names in their spoken language, while visually presenting interfering words and manipulating their phonetic correlations.
