The Scale of Waste of Bakery Products in Households

Abstract: The aim of the study was to evaluate the excess of purchased and un-consumed bakery products. The research was carried out in 354 North Poland households. The waste product structure was analyzed according to selected factors: household size, number of towns and economic status. The results were statistically analysed using the Chi2 test.
