The sarcoid granuloma: ‘epithelioid’ or ‘lymphocytic-epithelioid’ granuloma?

Abstract: BackgroundThis study aims to analyze the structure and quantities of cellular elements in sarcoid granulomas.MethodsWe investigated 34 transbronchial lung biopsy samples obtained from 34 sarcoid patients.
