Abstract:The authors describe the clinical, bone scintigraphy, and histopathologic findings of chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis (CRMO), which is considered to be part of the SAPHO (synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, and osteitis) syndrome.
