The rs28757157 and rs59429575 polymorphisms in CYP19A1 are associated with lung cancer in Chinese Han population

Abstract: Background: Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death globally. Recent studies have revealed that the CYP19A1 gene played a crucial role in cancer initiation and development. Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess the association of CYP19A1 genetic polymorphisms with the risk of lung cancer in Chinese Han population.
