“…The fact that institutions are seen as a family in collectivist cultures contributes to the employee's developing a sense of loyalty to the institution and management (Saylık, 2017). As a result, it can be mentioned that the relationship between perceived leadership in higher education and job satisfaction in countries with collectivist cultures is higher than in countries with individualistic cultures (Aycan, 2006;Saylık, 2017;Durmaz et al, 2020).
