Резюме Целью исследования было изучение изменений показателей гуморального иммунитета у детей с полиморфизмом АСЕ и AT2R генов. Материалы и методы. Ретроспективно были проанализированы 112 иммунограмм детей, больных БА, которые проходили генетическое и иммунологическое обследование. Определяли содержание В-лимфоцитов и уровни Ig A, Ig M, Ig G, Ig Е, средне-и низкомолекулярных циркулирующих иммунных комплексов в сыворотке крови. Изменения показателей гуморального иммунитета оценивали по их частоте и выраженности. Результаты. Было установлено, что при инсерционно-делеционном (ID) генотипе АСЕ ID уменьшается выраженность атопии (по уровням Ig E) по сравнению с группой пациентов с инсерционным (II) АСЕ ID генотипом. При делеционном генотипе АСЕ ID (DD) отмечается самое высокое из всех трех групп увеличение содержания В-клеток и уровней Ig E. Это говорит об истощении адаптационно-компенсаторных механизмов, в частности синтеза Ig G, который способен конкурентно взаимодействовать с Fc-фрагментом IgE-рецепторов на клетках-эффекторах аллергического воспаления. В 2 раза более высокий подъем уровней среднемолекулярных ЦИК у больных БА детей с АСЕ ID ID и DD генотипами свидетельствует о большей напряженности аутоиммунных механизмов аллергического воспаления. Изменения гуморального иммунитета у детей с AT2R1 AC и СC генотипами характеризуется частым увеличением колическтва В-клеток и усилением синтеза иммуноглобулинов, в т.ч. Ig М и Ig Е. Выводы. Наличие гомозиготного инсерционного или делецийного генотипа АСЕ, а также наличие С аллеля в гене рецептора ангиотензина II AT2R1 обусловливает меньшую эффективность адаптационных иммунологических механизмов, что усиливает выраженность иммунопатологических реакций, в т.ч. атопии и аутоиммунного компонента аллергического воспаления.
