The role of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in treatment resistant depression

Abstract: Electro-Convulsive Therapy (ECT) is an effective intervention for treatment resistant depression (TRD) (Pagnin et al., 2004). However, therapeutic alternatives are limited if ECT is deemed medically unsafe.
