The Role of the Work Environment on the Safety Performance and Safety Management Practices: Its Influence on the Attitudes of Nurses in the Jordanian Hospitals

Abstract: This study employs an integrated model, combining management practices studies and social theories, to examine the safety management practices and behavioural safety of Jordanian nurses from public hospitals.
