Abstract: The differential diagnosis and treatment of seronegative enteropathy, also termed seronegative villous atrophy (SNVA), is a clinical challenge. Although seronegative coeliac disease (CD) is a frequent cause of SNVA, the aetiology can include immune-mediated, inflammatory, infectious, and drug-related forms.
