The Role of the Elementary School Teacher in Building the Value System of Students from the Perspective of Pedagogical Supervisors

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the role of educators in promoting values and the challenges they face. The research methodology used was a descriptive technique, where a questionnaire was distributed to 460 school supervisors to collect data. The findings revealed that the overall arithmetic mean of the teacher's role in forming students' value systems was 4.71, and it had a significant level of significance.
