The role of the EFQM model in precepting quality in Polish enterprises

Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to determine the degree of Polish companies’ maturity applying for Quality of the Year certification based on the EFQM excellence model. The study was conducted using a questionnaire (CAWI – computer assisted web interview). Company to get certified Quality of the Year had to get in the field of self-assessment carried out by the EFQM model at least 56%.
