The Role of the Call Option in Convertible Bonds

Abstract: Rola opcji call w obligacjach zamiennych damian kaźmierczak * streszczenie: Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja przyczyn wykorzystania opcji call w obligacjach zamiennych. Analiza obejmowała 956 emisji długu hybrydowego z wbudowaną klauzulą call i put/call przeprowadzonych w latach 2004-2014 przez przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjno-usługowe mające swoją siedzibę w Stanach Zjednoczonych.
