The Role of SAS-I in Mediating Crosstalk Between Histone Modifications

Abstract: Histone post translational modifications (HPTM) such as methylation, acetylation, phosphorylation, and ubiquitination play a role in regulating many cell processes including cell cycling, transcription, and DNA damage repair.
