The medical students we instruct today will grow up to become the doctors of tomorrow, carrying with them our beliefs, knowledge, and goals for the medical profession. Therefore, it is not unreasonable to claim that medical education is what will shape the field of medicine in the future. The Aim is to demonstrate the modern view of medical science and education of the future. In our review, we involved English studies from common databases such as Pubmed/MEDLINE, Google Scholar, Web of Science, Scopus, and the Cochrane Library with the keywords "Medical," "science," "education," combined with keywords, involving "modern,'' and ''future." The end date for this review is July 2023. Knowledge will not be as crucial as soft skills. Knowledge and information can be "pulled" in the world of computers, but soft skills like bedside manner, how you interact with patients and reassure them, how you respond to their inquiries, and how you treat them must be established in the doctor. Doctors need to be familiar with technology, data, and analytics to enhance their skills and implement digital medicine. They also need to understand how to use medical data in their healthcare systems. Medical professionals can make quick and precise decisions using AI technologies to analyze massive volumes of data, such as physiological imaging and clinical presentations.
