“…First, our research is consistent with previous conclusions that altruism and prosocial behavior, including pro‐environmental behavior, signal good partner qualities, and long‐term mating value (e.g., Bhogal, Farrelly, & Galbraith, 2019; DiDonato & Jakubiak, 2016).
