The Role of Perioperative Levosimendan in Patients with Reduced Ejection Fraction undergoing Cardiac surgery in Reducing Post-operative Hemodynamic Support

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Acute perioperative left ventricular dysfunction is a major complication affecting patients subjected to cardiac surgery and is associated with increased mortality.
