“…The number of vaginal deliveries had a significant relationship only with cystocele and rectocele grade, whereas the number of Caesarean sections did not have any effect on the intensity of incontinence. However, the relationship between other variables, such as intensity of different types of UI and enterocele grade with the number of deliveries, was not significant (Zargham et al, 2013) (level of evidence = 3-4).…”

“…In patients with UUI and MUI, POP grade significantly increased with age, but no such relationship was found in patients with SUI (Zargham, Alizadeh, Moayednia, Haghdani, & Nouri-Mahdavi, 2013) (level of evidence = 3-4). The number of vaginal deliveries had a significant relationship only with cystocele and rectocele grade, whereas the number of Caesarean sections did not have any effect on the intensity of incontinence.…”

“…Fifty per cent of women who experience urogenital prolapse have symptoms of SUI 19 . States the severity of POP has no relationship with the incidence of SUI, this is indicated by the prevalence of SUI in POP grades 1-2 (43.8%) differing signifi cantly with POP degrees 3-4 (53.6%) 20 .…”

“…[ 4 ] Generally, the reasons of OAB are subdivided into three categories: neurogenic, peripheral, and myogenic. [ 5 6 7 ] Primary idiopathic disease (idiopathic detrusor overactivity [IDO]) or secondary neurogenic diseases could cause an increase in detrusor activity. The most important sign of OAB is urinary urgency.…”

“…In other words, involuntary contractions of detrusor in filling phase are recognized as overactivity. [ 5 6 8 ] Conservative treatment strategies of OAB are weight loss, smoking cessation, reducing caffeinated, pelvic floor muscle training, which all improve symptoms effectively. Anticholinergics drugs are the first-line of pharmacotherapy treatment for OAB.…”
