This study aims to analyze the role of parents, schools, and communities in preventing students from dropping out of school in Indonesia. This is a qualitative study using the subject of students who dropped out of school at the primary education level. The data analysis technique used includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results show that the roles of parents in preventing children from dropping out of school include: 1) giving great attention and affection; 2) creating a good and harmonious family environment. The roles of school include: 1) creating a child-friendly school environment; 2) providing school programs to support the talents and interests of students; 3) good communication with parents; and 4) creating anti-bullying programs. Meanwhile, the roles of the community are: 1) creating a community environment that cares about education and is child friendly; 2) fair treatment of every child without discrimination.

The purpose of this study was to find out the significant relationship between parental involvement, job satisfaction of parents and the academic performance of their children in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the school year 2021-2022. The respondents of this study were 67 parents and 67 learners from three different Philippine schools in KSA. The descriptive-correlational research methodology was employed in this study. The result revealed that the level of parental attention and guidance was very high. In terms of parental decision-making and parental care to the physical fitness of the child, the level of parental involvement was high. On the other hand, parental encouragement was moderate. In terms of encouragement, the level of job satisfaction was very high. In terms of the nature of work and praise and recognition, the level of job satisfaction of respondents was moderate. There was a significant relationship between parental involvement and learner’s academic performance, job satisfaction and learner’s academic performance, and parental involvement and job satisfaction. This research aims to find best practices for using the partnership model to solve learning loss during a pandemic in elementary schools. The method of research was descriptive with a qualitative approach. Collecting data using interview techniques. The main instrument in this research was the researcher himself. The informants in the study were twenty-seven teachers from nine elementary schools in the districts of Central Lombok, West Lombok, and the City of Mataram. The research stages consist of data collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusion. Data analysis was carried out using data collection, reduction, presentation, and concluding techniques. The validity of the data was checked using dependency techniques. The study results showed that the partnership model used effectively reduces the post-pandemic learning loss phenomenon in elementary schools. The partnership model was implemented by optimizing parental involvement in learning and involving parents in evaluating learning outcomes.
