The role of orlistat combined with lifestyle changes in the management of overweight and obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract: Orlistat combined with lifestyle changes induces substantial weight loss in women with PCOS, resulting in improvements in IR, hyperandrogenemia and cardiovascular risk factors.
