Abstract: This study adopted Dynamic Capabilities View (DCs) as the theoretical perspective to investigate empirically the role of Organizational Military Behavior as a mediating model for the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational culture on the performance of military personnel of KODAM XXX.
