The Role of Neuromuscular Disorders in Children With Encopresis Operated on for Anorectal Abnormalities

Abstract: After clinical and neurophysiological examinations of 22 patients with developmental anomalies of the rectum and anus, who suffered of fecal incontinence of type III and who were operated in the Vladimirsky Moscow Region Clinical Institute, a modern approach to the diagnostics of neuromuscular disorders has been proposed.
