The Role of Neopterin as a Possible Diagnostic Marker Prevalence External Genital Endometriosis

Abstract: Objective. Todetermine the diagnostic value of neopterin as a marker of dysfunction of peritoneal immune factors for estimating the severity of external genital endometriosis (EGE).Material and methods. The concentration of neopterin in the peritoneal fluid (PF) and venous blood of 16 patients with EGE and 10 patients with benign ovarian cysts were evaluated.Results.
