Abstract: Over the past decade, the prevalence of diabetes has increased significantly worldwide, leading to an increase in vascular complications of diabetes (VCD), such as diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM), diabetic nephropathy (DN), and diabetic retinopathy (DR).
